(AP) An 11-year-old Pennsylvania boy charged with killing his father's pregnant fiancee will be moved from a county jail to a juvenile facility under a court order issued today. But Jordan Brown will remain charged as an adult in the shooting death of 26-year-old Kenzie Houk, though his attorney says he will ask to have the case moved to a juvenile court. Brown is accused of shooting Houk in the head Friday, killing her and her unborn baby boy. Authorities believe the killing was premeditated. Hundreds of friends and family members lined up tonight outside a funeral home in New Castle for a public viewing of Kenzie Houk. Her uncle says the immediate family was allowed to see the body of the 7-pound infant she was to deliver in just a few weeks. The baby was named Christopher, after his father.
