I can't imagine that he can maintain his innocence for such a long time if he did it. He knows if he says "I did it" the case would (maybe) go to the juvenile court, so it would be in his own interest to confess if he did it. No, if he did it he would always have spoken to someone about it, he would suffer from nightmares and some other issues and not maintain his innocence if there is a way out for him.

Wolfi, I was thinking about that as well. He's been incarcerated for over two years now. He has not even gone to trial. He has never confessed to the murder or alluded to having done it. At his age that would be extremely odd for someone who was guilty. You make a very good point.
